HARRAH’S NORTHERN CALIFORNIA REVIEW
Located in Ione in Amador County, California, Harrah’s Northern California opened its doors to the public on April 29, 2019. The 71,000 square foot property is the result of a partnership between Caesars Entertainment Corporation and the Buena Vista Rancheria Me-Wuk Indians.
The casino is open 24/7 and has 950 slots and video poker machines, including reels, progressives and more, along with 20 live gaming tables offering craps, pai gow and California Roulette. There is also a variety of dining options, including the upscale Louie Oliver’s named after a tribal ancestor with the same birthday as the casino’s opening day. The restaurant features a full-bar and an indoor/outdoor patio with bar, and will host live local entertainment on select nights. Other options include The Marketplace, which offers three quick eats establishments serving Mexican, Asian and American food.
For now there is no lodging on the property, however, accordign to reports, a hotel is being planned for the future.
