EGO (EGamingOnline.com), the affiliate program for SkillOnNet’s own online casino network, is encouraging its affiliate marketers to participate in Safer Gambling Week.
The industry-led annual event will take place between the 17th and the 23rd of October with the goal of stimulating discourse about safer gaming. The organizers are asking the entire UK gaming sector to join and assist raise awareness about how to gamble more safely.
All SkillOnNet companies, including PlayOJO, Slingo, Genting Casino, and SpinGenie, will be engaged. EGO is also encouraging its affiliate partners to participate.
For the course of the campaign, affiliates will display a Safer Gambling Week banner on the homepages of all UK-facing casino sites. Those that send emails to their player or member database on a regular basis have been urged to send a Safer Gambling Week email during the week.
Affiliates will also be following and like Safer Gaming Week on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, and have been encouraged to share or repost a selection of Safer Gambling Week content on all relevant social media platforms at least once throughout the campaign.
Those who are worried about their gambling habits may now visit the Safer Gambling Week website to obtain advice and learn about options that can help them stay in control.
